My book, Everything I Learned About Perimenopausal Migraines, is now available to buy on Amazon as either an eBook or paperback.

Ten years ago, I began suffering from perimenopausal migraines, at the age of 39. I went from having the occasional migraine attack to living with migraine 75% of the time. Over the past decade, I feel like I have tried everything to make the pain and other symptoms better - sometimes with success, sometimes not so much. I wanted to share what worked (and didn't) to try to help other perimenopausal migraine sufferers.

I also share some case studies of people I've supported through similar struggles. There are certainly many ways to navigate the perimenopause, and the challenge of hormonal migraines in particular.

There are some great migraine books out there written by medical professionals, but not as much from the perspective of the sufferer. I suspect this is because most sufferers are hunched over a toilet bowl, trying to shield their eyes from bright light. But, now that I am coming out the other end of the tunnel, my hope is that writing about my own experience might give you some comfort and perhaps some tips and tricks.
